Nationally known crisis manager Judy Smith will be the featured guest on September 25th for our second State of the Industry conference sponsored by the Philadelphia Black Public Relations Society, Philadelphia Public Relations Association, and the Philadelphia Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America.
