On the eve of Philadelphia’s winter restaurant week, PPRA is presenting a panel of food industry experts to discuss this award-winning sector of regional hospitality. The group will discuss the varying needs of media platforms and will offer tips to help you present fully-baked ideas to readers and viewers.
