Before being named to lead VISIT PHILADELPHIA, Guaracino spent 11 years on the company’s communications team, first serving in a director role and later as a vice president. He was part of the leadership team working on groundbreaking marketing campaigns, including Philly’s More Fun When You Sleep Over®, With Love, Philadelphia XOXO®, With Art Philadelphia® and Philly Homegrown. He also developed the pioneering Philadelphia –Get Your History Straight And Your Nightlife Gay®.
Guaracino, the author of two travel books, worked at the Franklin Institute and CBS Television early in his career. He is the former president & CEO of Welcome America, Inc., and he served as executive director of the Atlantic City Alliance, a destination-marketing organization for Atlantic City, New Jersey.
Lachelle is a lifestyle & entertainment reporter for NBC10 Philadelphia. Lachelle joined NBC10 in July 2019 and through Philly Live has offered viewers the amazing hidden gems our region has to offer. Prior to joining NBC10, Aunyea worked as a community affairs coordinator and digital reporter at WPVI.
A native of Northeast Philadelphia, Aunyea earned a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from West Chester University.
