On Tuesday, October 12, PPRA will officially induct Cari Feiler Bender, President of Relief Communications, LLC, into the organization’s Hall of Fame. A luncheon will be held in her honor at Franklin’s View at Franklin Square, 200 North 6th Street, Philadelphia.
COVID-19 Safety Protocols
Let's celebrate Cari safely! This event will follow CDC and City of Philadelphia guidelines for COVID-19 safety:
- This is a VACCINE REQUIRED event. Attendees will need to show proof of full vaccination, via photograph or hard copy of their CDC vaccination record card
- Face masks will be REQUIRED throughout the event when not eating or drinking
- Franklin’s View at Franklin Square is an OUTDOOR VENUE. There is a tent overhead, but the sides will be open to facilitate airflow
- This is a seated event. There is no reception / cocktail hour and mingling will be limited.

About Cari Feiler Bender
Cari Feiler Bender joins an elite group of public relations practitioners in the PPRA Hall of Fame, which spotlights accomplishments that have brought honor and recognition to the profession, industry, and community. Induction into the Hall of Fame is the Philadelphia region’s most prestigious recognition of a public relations professional for his or her superior contributions to the public relations industry, the community, and PPRA –the oldest and largest PR association in the country.
The October 12 ceremony marks a joyous milestone for PPRA as this Hall of Fame Induction had been postponed twice because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
As the head of Relief Communications, Feiler Bender specializes in public relations and communications services for non-profit organizations in the Greater Philadelphia region.
She has 25 years of experience conceptualizing, managing, and implementing projects for clients such as Historic Philadelphia, Inc.; Mural Arts Philadelphia; AIDS Fund; Fairmount Park Conservancy; Rebuilding Together Philadelphia; and Prevention Point Philadelphia.
A native of Savannah, Georgia, Feiler Bender holds a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Pennsylvania. In 2017, she received the “40 in 40” Award from WOMEN’S WAY. Current and past community service includes serving on the Boards of or as a volunteer with InterAct Theatre Company, Philadelphia Cultural Fund and The Wardrobe (formerly Career Wardrobe).
