We will kick-off the 2021-22 program year in-person together at Positano Coast in Old City, learning from the prolific freelance reporter (and ice cream expert) Regan Fletcher Stephens. Regan writes articles about travel, business, and lifestyle topics for Food and Wine, People Magazine, Fortune, Philadelphia Magazine, and the Strategist, and she has placed articles with Vogue, and Esquire - just to name a few!

While Regan is often known for her joyful articles about food, beautiful vacation spots, and dessert treats, she also opens our hearts and minds to issues impacting the restaurant and travel industry - from new restaurant models during COVID-19, menu design trends, and important facts about tipping.
